On 21 March this year, the Ministry of Smart Administration and Regional Development (VARAM) organised an in-person meeting for partners of the project “Sustainability Reporting Tool” (SusTool) in Riga to discuss the first test results on the digital tool “ESG Tool”.
From March 3rd to 14th, all project partners tested how the ESG Tool works.
Partners were using the test version to assess their organization’s ESG performance through a five-step process. During the testing phase, partners evaluated the tool’s user interface, technological performance, methodology relevance, visual aspects, and accessibility to ensure usability, efficiency, and inclusivity.
During the meeting, testing results and project partners' recommendations for improvement were reviewed and decisions were made to include these improvements in the next test version of the tool.
Testing of the tool between the project partners was necessary to verify its performance and compliance with the developed methodology before the launch of piloting activities between the project Member States' organisations, which will run from April 10 this year.
During the meeting, the project partners agreed on improvements as well as discussed the upcoming piloting activity plan, upcoming meetings and communication materials.
As well as, the project partners agreed on the next in-person meeting, which will take place in May – Vilnius, Lithuania.
